Born in 1985, Flori Uka is a passionate enologist., sommelier and winemaker, actively engaged in promoting the extraordinary Albanian wine heritage. Founder of Uka Wine and co-Founder of Uka Farm, he specialized in Enology in Italy at the University of Udine. He followed in his father’s footsteps, who is a wll-known professor of Agriculture. The ambition of Flori is to put Albania on the world wine map.
