Born in 1962 in Germany, Dr. Constantin has a Doctorate Degree in Law and an Economics Specialization from the London School of Economics.
Dr. Constantin has served FIAA as President from 2020 to 2022, while he was CEO of Tirana International Airport SHPK for a second time.
He joined last year, the French renewable energy developer Voltalia, as the Country Manager of Voltalia Albanie SHPK and has since then further developed Voltalia’s activities in Albania. In addition, he comes with a long experience in the air transport, but also the property development industry and is very familiar with Albania and its business environment since his first position in Albania as CEO of TIA during 2005-2007 with the German HOCHTIEF group. Since March, he holds also the Chairmanship of the Energy Industry Council within FIAA dedicated to contribute to a fostering foreign Business Community, consolidating and strengthening FIAA’s leading role in ALBANIA.
